RIDE4POLIO is a grassroots campaign that depends upon word-of-mouth. So many Americans aren’t aware of the pain Polio continues to cause in least developed countries. Many don’t know that we have an affordable cure. Even fewer know what Rotary International is doing to eradicate the disease or of the progress we’ve made. It’s our mission to make Americans aware of the severity of Polio and how easy it is to help.
Rotary International is built at the grassroots level and is very capable of creating a powerful word-of-mouth campaign. We need you to be the voice that helps ‘End Polio Now’. Our web site is here to support the campaign’s main goals. It could be as simple as telling your friends and coworkers to “check out ride for Polio dot com”. You could even print some of our flyers to post on bulletin boards and place at hot spots throughout your community.
