About RIDE4Polio
From the rider:
"Two years ago I had the opportunity, along with fellow church members, to go to El Salvador. We lived with the indigenous people in a small mountain village. From the experience I gained a deep appreciation of how devastating disease can be to a country and its people. In being a Rotarian I have learned about our commitment to eradicate Polio worldwide. Although great progress has been made the challenge still lies ahead in four countries. In looking at what I might do to support this cause and seeing first hand the life-long effects of disease, it has been easy for me to develop a deep passion for Polio Plus."
